  • On-Site Coaching

    On-site coaching is for the athlete living in Copenhagen, or who is willing to travel to the city on a weekly basis.

    On-site coaching includes:

    • Comprehensive physiological, biomechanical, and lifestyle oriented onboarding process.

    • On-site sessions every 1-2 weeks.

    • Physiological testing.

    • Nutrition guidance.

    • Individualised programming.

    • Video feedback.

    • Competition support.
